WebWork

tabbed pane shows 2 panels in some circumstances

Created: 25/Mar/06 12:53 PM   Updated: 21/Jun/06 07:50 AM
Component/s: Expression Language
Affects Version/s: 2.2.1, 2.2.2
Fix Version/s: 2.2.3

Environment: deployed webwork 2.2.2 and 2.2.1 in Tomcat 5.5.15 with jdk 1.5. Viewed in Firefox 1.0 and 1.5

 Description  « Hide
If you create 3 tabs using the tabbedPanel tag, you can click on the 3rd tab and then the second and then it shows both the 3rd and 2nd instead of only the second.

Hopefully, this isn't a DUP, I tried to search the bugs to find a related one.

thanks,

kddubb

Hi Kevin,

Is it possible for you to provide us with an example having such a problem. I can't seems to simulate this behaviour.

Comment by Toby: can't reporduce waiting for kevin's code snippet that reproduce this problem

Kevin Werner - [20/Jun/06 11:25 AM ]
Sorry, I don't have a snippet anymore as my prototype got bigger and better and the code has changed quite a bit. I know it was just a standard tabbed panel with no remote panels (remote panels seemed to work fine with 3 panels). It was very reproducable when I originally filed the bug, so I guess if you can't do it...it might be fixed already or may have just been a random corner case (perhaps only in firefox) I happened to find.

i see. There's an example in showcase using only local panel (3 panels actually) and they seems to be functioning ok. Tried it on firefox 1.5, linux, running java 5.

I'll resolved this issue as 'can't reporduce', if the problem sufface, please do not hesitate to re-open this. Thx .
