Here is, what I believe, a fixed version for the sv(swedish) locale.

Regards Peter

Fixed Polish calendar translation. Tested in Firefox 1.5, MSIE 6, Opera 8,5 and work. Coded in UTF-8 and work in pages without UTF-8 encoding too.

I think language files with appendix "*-utf-8.js" should be removed from webwork.jar because cant be used in ww:datapicer tag and are incorrect.

The supplied patches fixed
- polish
- swedish
language issues.
If there are problems found with other languages, this issue should be reopened.
