Error undeploying webapps on Tomcat

Pentium Centrino M 2.0GHz, 1GB RAM

When trying to undeploy a webapp from Tomcat using it's catalina-ant tasks (RemoveTask or UndeployTask), Tomcat says:

"Missing application web.xml, using defaults only StandardEngine[Catalina].StandardHost[localhost].StandardContext[/fenix]"

And the application is not totally undeployed. The webwork.jar file is unable do be deleted and keeps appearing inside apache-tomcat-5.5.12\webapps\<appname>\WEB-INF\lib directory.

This ssems to be a Tomcat config issue.
