After code reorganization there will be a root folder "server" which will contain:
server\
Quartz.Server.Service\ - a Windows server for running jobs
Quartz.Server.Console\ - Console version for easier output diagnostics / troubleshooting
Quartz.Server.Core\ - All the logic needed by former service runners
Idea is to have out of the box support for running jobs with sample configuration that runs NoOpJob.
