// INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING,
// BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS
// OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED
// AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY,
// OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF
// THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
// DAMAGE.

But LICENCE.txt at project's root and Website [1] promote OpenSymfony Licence.

Could you please clarify under which licence this software is licenced ?
It would be simplier if you should to licence all your work under BSD Licence and remove OpenSymfony Licence as this licence seems to cause problems (especialy clause 5) [2].

Unless Drew says otherwise, I think it would be fine to choose either the BSD or opensymphony license for the project. BSD license was the last known license Drew had applied as far as I can tell so that's probably a safe bet.
